All prices are in NZ$ and are inclusive GST unless otherwise stated.

Using your personal data

As a rule, we only use the personal data you have provided us with to answer your queries, process your orders, or to provide you with access to specific information or offers.
The personal information you provided us with will only be used for the specific purpose requested by you. We will not give your details to third parties without your permission.

Shipping

Orders of NZ$ 100.00 or more will have no shipping costs. We use a courier service for all orders and strive to deliver your good within 24-72 hours depending on your address.
We package our goods carefully to prevent any damage to fragile items that could break or get damaged during transfer.
at present we ship within New Zealand only

Returns/Refunds

Accessories & coffee: no refund will be given if change of mind, loss of items by courier or items not to your liking, sorry no returns
Vouchers: valid for one year from date of purchase, cannot be exchanged or used for cash, no refunds for lost or stolen vouchers, no refund if expired, only valid for course or session as stated on voucher
Courses: refunds given subject to cancellation policy

Course/Training Session Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made minimum 5 working days prior to course commencement to get full refund of the course fee.
Cancellations made less than 5 working days up to 48 hours to course commencement, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
Any cancellation that is made less than 48 hours from course commencement or if “no show”,no refund will be given.
We reserve the right to cancel a course if we did not get enough enrolments for the course to make it viable for us. Notice will be given 5 working days prior to course commencement. Your enrolment will be moved automatically to next available scheduled course.
